About the event
Welcome to 2021 edition of “This is Egypt” Festival.
We are very excited to share with you the event which involves diverse activities to showcase the different artistic and cultural aspects of our Egyptian culture and heritage. The festival will be held on December 17, 2021.
The festival features a Visual Historical Exhibition, with the participation of artists from “Egyptian Folk-Dance Academy” who will showcase their artwork including folkloric performances and fashion show at cSPACE King Edward. The exhibition will display the beauty of the Egyptian Pharaonic history.
The program will include a large array of diverse artistic expressions including theatre, conversations, folkloric performances, movie night, gastronomy demonstrations, and more. All activities will take place in person at cSPACE King Edward, in Marda Loop, Calgary.
